1. Organizer
ALIQUANTUM, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as Offer Padel), with CIF B84000876, located at Avda de Madrid 20 Villanueva del Pardillo (Madrid) and contact email info@ofertasdepadel.com, owner of the website https://www.ofertasdepadel.com/en/, is the organizer of this Draw (hereinafter, the Draw), which will be governed in accordance with the following rules (hereinafter, the Rules).
Participation in the Draw implies acceptance of these Rules, so any objection to all or part of them implies the exclusion of the participant in the Draw, with Offer Padel being released from the obligation undertaken with said participant.
2. Scope of Application
The territorial scope of the Draw is exclusively the entire Spanish national territory.
3. Draw Validity
The Draw will start on Monday, September 12, 2022, at 2:00 PM, and will end on Sunday, September 18, 2022, at 2:00 PM.
4. Participation Requirements
To participate in the Draw, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be over 18 years old.
- Reside in Spain.
- Formalize participation in the Draw in accordance with the terms set out in Clause Five of these Rules.
- Fulfill any other obligation established in these Rules.
5. Participation Formalization
Users who wish to participate in the Draw must make a purchase of over one hundred fifty euros (€150), VAT included, on the website https://www.ofertasdepadel.com/en/, automatically entering the Draw.
Participation in the Draw is limited to one entry for each purchase of one hundred fifty euros (€150) or more, VAT included.
6. Prize
The Draw will consist of TWO (2) tickets for each single winner for each following tournament day: (i) Tuesday 13; (ii) Wednesday 14; and (iii) Friday 16.
Padel Offers reserves the right to modify the Prize indicated above, if there are justified objective reasons, for another Tournament day or similar.
7. Winner Selection
The Raffle will have one (1) winner for each different day of entries: (i) Tuesday the 13th; (ii) Wednesday the 14th; and (iii) Friday the 16th.
The Prize will be awarded to the participant who meets the requirements established in these Rules and is the winner of the Raffle. The winner will be selected from all participants validly registered for the Raffle in accordance with the Rules.
Under no circumstances can the winner of the Raffle request the change, substitution, alteration, or compensation of the Prize. The commercialization, sale, resale, or any similar form of the Prize is prohibited.
The winner selection will be randomly done through the Easypromos platform. This platform ensures the transparency of the raffle result and as proof of it issues a validity certificate for each of its raffles, whose result cannot be altered by the organizer of the Raffle, and any participating user can request it from the organizer.
8. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery
The winner will be informed via the email provided during the purchase process.
In the event that the winner renounces the Prize or does not respond to the winner notification email within twenty-four (24) hours from its sending by email, Padel Offers reserves the right to declare it void or look for a new winner.
9. Reservation of Rights
Padel Offers also reserves the right to modify or expand these Rules, as long as it does not harm or diminish the rights of the participants.
Padel Offers reserves the right to exclude those participants who violate the rules established in these Rules or who behave in a way that harms the image and/or causes harm to Padel Offers.
10. Limitation of Liabilities
By way of example and not limitation, Padel Offers is not responsible for any event or behavior attributable to third parties that may cause delays, losses, or any other circumstance for the proper conduct of the Raffle such as, by way of example and not exclusively, issues arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, force majeure, states of emergency, strikes, exceptions, computer attacks or errors, or similar situations.
11. Protection of Personal Data
Registration and participation in the Raffle implies authorizing Padel Offers to process your personal data. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you of the following:

Legal basis and purpose: The legal basis will depend on the specific purpose of the personal data processing:
1. Enable the correct management, development, and monitoring of the Raffle, including sending confirmation communications to participants and the winner for the delivery of the Prize.
The aforementioned processing will be legitimized by the consent pursuant to article 6.1 a) of the GDPR granted by the participant in the Raffle registration form.
2. Sending commercial, informative, or courtesy communications by email from the Controller.

Data transfer: Personal data of participants will not be transferred, except to the necessary providers for the development of the Raffle (Easypromos, among others).
Exercise of rights: Any participant will have the right to (i) withdraw consent at any time; (ii) Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of their data and to limit or oppose its processing; (iii) right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
12. Applicable Law and Courts
The law applicable to this Raffle will be Spanish law. Any dispute arising regarding the validity, effectiveness, interpretation, and execution of this Raffle, the participants, waiving their own jurisdiction, expressly agree to submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts of Madrid.
