ARTICLE 1 - Purpose and conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded exclusively through the Internet, by means of the CLIENT's access to the web site www.offersof
The sales contract comes into force when ALIQUANTUM S.L. / MACBOA 2021 S.L. sends the CUSTOMER an e-mail confirming the order. The e-mail contains the customer's data, the order number, the purchase price of the purchased goods, the shipping costs and the delivery address to which the goods will be sent.
The CLIENT undertakes to verify the accuracy of the personal data contained therein and to notify ALIQUANTUM S.L. / MACBOA 2021 S.L. without delay of any correction.
ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCT Information
The CUSTOMER, prior to the conclusion of the purchase contract, will be made aware of the characteristics of the products illustrated in the individual product sheets at the time of the CUSTOMER's choice. Prior to the conclusion of the purchase contract and before shipment of the order, the CUSTOMER shall also be informed about:
- identification of the seller;
- total price of the goods, including taxes, with details of shipping charges and any other costs or discounts that may apply;
- forms of payment;
- the delivery time of the goods;
- the conditions, terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 4 - Prices
All the selling prices of the PRODUCTS are indicated in Euros (€) and include the applicable taxes to be paid by the consumer.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the PRODUCTS, but are indicated and calculated at the time of the conclusion of the purchase process and before making the payment.
Some PRODUCTS carry an extra shipping charge due to their weight or size which will be indicated on the product card.
The CUSTOMER may use the coupons for the purchase, subject to the conditions of use of each coupon and provided that it is compatible with the PRODUCTS entered in the shopping cart, shipping addresses and payment methods.
It is not possible to cumulatively use several promotional coupons for the same order.

Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including price tag, packaging material and any documentation and accessories) and with their tax documents attached.
In the event that ALIQUANTUM S.L. / MACBOA 2021 S.L. after checking the merchandise determines that it does not meet the conditions of return, it will be returned to the CUSTOMER taking responsibility for the courier or assuming the shipping costs of the courier chosen by ALIQUANTUM S.L. / MACBOA 2021 S.L.
Without prejudice to the power to verify compliance with the above, ALIQUANTUM S.L. / MACBOA 2021 S.L. will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 7 days in accordance with the method of payment made by the CUSTOMER. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If after the partial or total return the total amount of the order does not exceed the minimum amount for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
ARTICLE 7 - Legal guarantee
ALIQUANTUM S.L. / MACBOA 2021 S.L. undertakes to send the products in perfect condition. Upon arrival of the goods, the CUSTOMER shall be responsible for checking the Products in the shortest possible time and report any defects.
In accordance with the current regulations on consumer goods warranties, our products have a 2-year warranty from the date of the purchase invoice, although during the first six months the defect that the product may present is presumed to be original from the factory, unless proven otherwise, and the consumer must prove that it is also a defect originating from the factory if it occurs after the sixth month and before the two years.
ALIQUANTUM S.L. / MACBOA 2021 S.L. will act as intermediary between the CLIENT and the commercial form of the products to process the guarantees.
ARTICLE 8 - Forms of delivery
The PRODUCTS will be delivered by courier service to the address specified by the CUSTOMER at the time of order. You can see all the shipping conditions in the Shipping section.
ARTICLE 9 - Responsibility
ALIQUANTUM SL assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure or occasional failure of the network that involves a delay in the delivery of the order without prejudice to the rights recognized by law.
ARTICLE 10 - Fraud check
The customer's purchase may be postponed for anti-fraud checking. It may also be suspended for a longer period of time for further investigation to avoid fraudulent transactions.
