New padel racket Varlion Summum Sevenrhombus W of a professional level with a round shape, designed for players who mainly seek control in their game. . “W” version of Winter , at low temperatures the core hardens, gaining control, but notably losing flexibility, so to obtain a good behavior you should choose the blades with the Blue thermometer or the letter “W” , recommended for playing with temperatures below 25ºC / 77º F, as they incorporate materials with greater mechanical elasticity.

Varlion Bourne Summum Sevenrhombus W

The paddle racket Varlion Bourne Summum Sevenrhombus S Manufactured with a bi-directional carbon tubular, Hypersoft foam core, laminated with 7 Rhombus carbon fiber plain weave, reinforced in the core with carbon fiber plain weave; impregnated with VAR-FLEX epoxy resin exclusive to Varlion -for maximum elasticity and strength, coated with a layer of titanium dioxide.

TECHNOLOGIES

- HEXAGON FRAME:
Hexagonal frame whose shape provides greater rigidity and resistance to the blade, by creating a rib in the frame that has a straight part (edge) and a chamfered part (chamfer).
- HEXATEX TECHNOLOGY: Rough texture with hexagonal shape on the plane, which increases the effect that the ball takes when contacting this surface in lifted or cut shots.
- SUMMUM: Summum technology is based on the sum of four major innovations launched in 2018, resulting in the most complete and high-end racket in the collection.

- Longer handle: The grip is 14.50 cm long (the usual ones are between 11 and 12.50 cm), giving the player more room to grip, especially for former tennis players or players with two-handed strokes.
- Wings diffuser: Diffuser designed under the silhouette of an airplane wing profile, to which we have also added a turbulator, used in the wings of airplanes and ailerons of F1 cars to better control the flow of air. The result is a 27% improvement in speed, precision and control of air flow compared to the previous diffuser.
- Larger hitting surface: The hitting area is 1.5 cm wider compared to other blades, so you will gain much more control and responsiveness in your game. This enlargement is also achieved thanks to the fact that we have taken the drilling to the entire surface of the racket, with a functional hole design that increases the total number of holes from 68 to 76.
- Greater height and surface in the rough texture: The rough texture of the plane (Hexatex and Slice technologies) is higher and wider, so you can further increase the effect on the ball. In the same way, by occupying a larger surface area, you will be able to achieve impossible shots even if the ball falls far from the center of the racket.

- TEMPERATURES: The environmental temperature directly influences the behavior of a paddle racket by altering its hardness and flexibility; this causes our game to change and become unstable. To solve this problem, the models of the highest ranges have been manufactured in duplicate (a "W" version of Winter, and a "W" version of Winter and a "W" version of Winter) "S" from Summer), with enough technical differences in the construction of its core to play with one version or another depending on the ambient temperature: With high temperatures the materials soften, especially the foam or EVA of the core, thus changing the performance of the blades. For this reason, the blades with the red thermometer or the letter "S" incorporate materials with less elasticity and hardness, so the behavior of the racket will be ideal with temperatures from 25ºC / 77º F. With low temperatures the opposite happens: the core hardens gaining control, but losing flexibility, so to get a good performance you should choose the blades with the blue thermometer or the letter "W", recommended for playing with temperatures below 25ºC / 77º F, as they incorporate materials with greater mechanical elasticity.

- WINGS DIFFUSER: Technology developed with the aim of directing the air flow in the only "treatable" area of the blade where the air passes through, its heart. Its design is inspired by the diffuser included for the first time by the Brawn GP Formula 1 team in the rear and back of the car. The advantages of this technology are:

- Increased player speed in both fast strokes and smash.
- Greater regularity of the stroke by making the trajectory more constant, thanks to the null influence of the turbulences that conventional blades normally have in the heart area.
- More strokes with more control, thanks also to the reduction of turbulence.

- 7 RHOMBUS CARBON FABRIC: 12K carbon fiber fabric in rhomboid shape, to give greater flexibility to the core.

- HEXAGON PROTECTOR: New adhesive protector designed exclusively for models with Hexagon frame. In its previous version, this protector weighed 21gr, however, thanks to the new design has managed to reduce its weight by half, now weighing only 10gr. It has been designed and produced through an injection mold in a PTU of low hardness to absorb shocks and scratches. It is fixed to the frame of the blade by means of an adhesive material without the need to drill holes in the frame, thus avoiding the need to weaken the frame to fix it. This eliminates possible vibrations of the protector and achieves a total twinning between the blade frame and the bottom surface of the protector.

- GRADUAL HOLES: Drilling technology that consists of using 3 different sizes of holes, making them smaller in the central area (10 mm in diameter), medium in the middle area until we get closer to the frame (11.5 mm) and large in the perimeter area or closer to the frame (13 mm). With this perforation we compensate the excessive flexibility in the center of the racket with the low flexibility of the core area that joins the frame, thus allowing a greater homogeneity to the blows and increasing the resistance of the core.

- HYPERHARD: Hard foam core with spectacular measures of hardness and rebound, which gives the blades a very balanced control and power for use with high temperatures from 20/25º.
